 Beltron Telecommunication Signed MOU with BSD for Covering Training & Final Placement of BSD Students
BHRS is a Division of Beltron Telecommunication Ltd. Beltron Telecommunication Ltd. which is a promoted company of Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (a Government of Bihar Undertaking) has agreed to support as a Service Delivery Partner.
Beltron Human Resource Solution (BHRS) has recently been permitted for promotion of Gasifiers for captive generation of electricity for rural areas by Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, Govt. of India. This initiative will implement Steered Village Rural Electrification Program in more than 100 villages across Bihar. BHRS is also a Strategic Partner for Moser Baer for development of Greenfield Grid Connected Solar Farms in Bihar which will further improve the living standards of over 100,000 people. BHRS has offered pure-play Training & Placement engagement for the students of Business School of Delhi where Beltron will enhance employability of the students by taking special classes. BHRS’s Training includes
BHRS carries out in-depth hands-on practical training in Communication Skills + Personality Development + Interview Handling Skills to raise the level of employability of candidates seeking job in the corporate world.
A candidate (who is selected for the Training Programme ) has to qualify the Training Modules with 95% attendance and at least 60% marks to become eligible to claim the job assistance programme of BHRS .
BHRS absorbs the qualified candidates in its own projects subject to suitability, or assists them in getting placed in allied Companies. Presently , BHRS has tie-ups with Companies like Crompton Greaves , Yamaha , HCL , Moser Baer , WIPRO , Convergys , PCI , Q1W1 ( Russian Company ) , Fresh Pay etc.
With this initiative the students of BSD will be benefited in employability building training exercises and final placement in the Corporate World.

A presentation on Role of Media prepared by two of our students Mr. Sachin and Mr. Neeraj was presented in National Conference on Integrity held at Taj Palace on 18 Jan 2011. The conference was addressed by high profile personalities from Govt. / Pvt. Sector and media.

A national Seminar on "Outsourcing of Human Resource in Global Scenario: Issues and Challenges"
The Seminar was held in the first week of December 2010. Chairman Mr. Vipin Sahni of Sunshine Education inaugurated the seminar. The Day long seminar witnessed the presentation of many papers by the members of faculty of other institutions.
The Key note speakers from Corporate sector discussed the issues in relation to HR Outsourcing.

A large number of companies have visited the campus for placements and around 50% of students have got their offer letter by December 2010 end. Some of the Companies which have taken part in campus placement drive were ; Airtel, Lupin, Indiamart, Hyundai mobis, Unicon, Cipla, Bristol Hotel, Capgemini and many more.
